Need a lot of work, and designers dont care

I love my Wildcats and this app WAS the best app around - emphasis on WAS! The app crashes all the time, will not play videos, and the functionality is just flat out missing (e.g. the sharing options button that used to let you open articles/videos is safari does nothing but freeze the entire app now). When I reached out to the design team they simple told me that "the issues were most likely an Apple problem." Thanks a lot.
